WHY JOIN US

Four Reasons to Join Us On-Mic.

We are here for your story. How you became the leader you are, in the honest depth most interviews skip.

01

Your story becomes their playbook.

Our audience is aspiring and rising leaders who learn from people who have actually done it. What took you twenty years to learn can change someone’s next twenty.

02

Real distribution.

Every episode goes out across the Getting Better Everyday network. We will not quote you a download number, because the show is new and any figure would be invented.

03

Studio-grade, zero-lift production.

We handle everything. You show up and talk. You leave with polished audio, video and share-ready clips, and full assets to use however you like.

04

A room worth being in.

We are selective about who comes on, and you would be in the company of people who have built something real.

GUEST FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything a prospective guest or booker needs to know before applying.

What is the time commitment required from me?+

About 75 minutes held on the calendar, with 45 to 60 minutes of recording. We start on Google Meet, sort the tech together, then move to Riverside to record.

What happens to the recording, and can I request cuts?+

After recording we send a short post-interview survey that asks directly whether there is anything you would rather we cut, before we edit. Tell us and it goes. We edit for clarity and length, not to change your meaning. The final edit is ours, and guests do not approve it before publication. Read the full Guest Recording and Release Notice.

What technical equipment do I need for remote recording?+

Join from a quiet room with stable internet and wired headphones or earbuds. An external USB or XLR microphone is preferred if you have one, and we send everything you need in advance. On a laptop in the browser there is nothing to install. Install the app if joining from a phone or using the desktop app.

What promotional assets will I receive?+

You receive the finished episode links, professionally edited clips cut for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, quote cards, and suggested copy. All of it is yours to use however you want, with no restriction and no expiry.

Can I highlight my company, fund, or book during the episode?+

Yes. The conversation focuses on how you became the leader you are—the pivotal moments, character tests, daily habits, and real influence—and we link your organization, book, course, or current work in the episode show notes.

How far in advance do you record before the episode airs?+

We record in advance of release and share your scheduled release Tuesday, finished episode links, and share-ready assets before your episode drops.
